Windows 10: Random freezes/stuttering on new PC

Hi i am starting to experience long freeze/ stuttering that either forces me to a hard restart og waiting for 1-3 min. Sometimes the freeze end and im able to restart the computer through Windows. The computer have worked fine since it was build in february 2023. Mainly used for study/ gaming. Freezes may also end for a short time allowing me to move the mouse breefly before freezing again. The FreezesSeems to occur when i alt tab from a game and directly into Google chrome. Or trying to launch chrome after playing for a long timewhile game is running. I am able to play without any problems

latency issues, random stutter + audio stutter

hey, im having dificultys with my pc. im having problem with every task im doing, even playing a yt video. so the problem is im having random freezes and audio freezes/lags every 10-40 mins. i dont exactly know whats causing it but im pretty sure its not the disks/ram. ive ran a test on a program called latencymon and thats all ive got. let me know what tests i should do to help give more information about the problem and i will. ive been having the problem for like half a year now and its pissing me off. heres a picture that might help : (bios is last version btw). also ive gotten a lag that made the pc black screen and audio loop and i had to force restart!

Random small freezes and stutters (Windows 10 Pro)

Hey there,

Any ideas why there's an occasional random freeze and stutter on my machine? My specs are up to date.

Would it be:

1. Number of external hard drives connected? I have 3.
2. My wireless mouse? I've never used a wireless mouse before, so I don't know if it's my system doing that or a connection issue. I use the USB Dongle on my Logitech Triathlon mouse.
3. I recently re-installed Windows. Am I missing some kind of driver?

I'm running Windows 10 Pro Version 1909.

Let me know whatever other specifics I can provide.

High end build, stuttering in every game

Hello, this is my build:

• i5-6600k
• ASUS MAXIMUS RANGER VIII
• MSI GTX 1060 6G
• Samsung SSD 850 evo 250gb
• WD Caviar Blue 1TB
• G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200 DDR4 (XMP profile)
• Dual monitor: Zowie XL2411 144hz + BenQ GW2260 60Hz

I get stuttering in the following titles:

• Rocket League: every time a new player join a match the game freeze, also when V-Sync is on I get random lag from 144 to 130 and then the game continue to run smoothly.
• GTA V: random stuttering Online and fps drops, V-Sync on.
• PUBG: random stuttering, V-Sync off.
• Rust: stuttering when loading chunks with fps drops.
• Ark: as Rust.
• Total War Warhammer: random stuttering in the strategic map, V-Sync on.

What I've done till now:

• Tried every graphic settings.
• All kind of Windows 10 optimizations like Performance mode, Xbox game mode off, disabled unnecessary services and tasks, no antivirus (Windows Defender on only).
• Hard drive defragmentation.
• Nvidia control panel optimizations for every game like Thread optimization, tried several v-sync modes, etc.
• All drivers are updated.
• No pending Windows updates.
• Temps are fine, GPU and CPU never go above 65C.
• Shadowplay overlay off.
• Playing with one monitor at once.
• Moved games from HDD to SSD.
• Tried different version of GPU drivers.
• Disabled the page on the HDD and fixed its size on the SSD with the reccommended value.
• Memtest for both RAM stick at once (8 pass each no errors).

What I've not tried yet is to reinstall the OS... benchmarks and performance in game are ok and in line with every other user... do you have any suggestions? Could it be network related? How can I analyze the stuttering?

PS: I'm testing with Latencymon and doing some screenshot of gpu and cpu usage
