    Random Freezes


    Hi everyone,

    Lately i've been having problems with my computer randomly freezing for a second. It's really irritating and i can't seem to fix it. I get it when i'm playing games mostly but it happens rarely when i'm surfing on the internet as well. So far, i have moved one of the games to another hard drive to see if it's a hard drive problem but no i have it on my ssd, my mechanic hard drive. So i'm lost as to what i should do. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to the Forums Afta!

    Well, some system specs would help immensely but just for starters ....... has this been going on for awhile or is it a new problem? If new, did you install any software around that time? Have you tried a system restore to a point before your problem started? Have you ran your Anti-Virus and malware/spyware programs? (Long shot that admittedly) Are your graphic drivers up to date? Have you tried running a system file check? It will find and possibly repair any corrupted system files. If you haven't done that before here's a link to our tutorial on how to do that :
