    Random freezing


    I installed Windows 10 recently and it kept freezing for a second or so. Even before I installed windows 10 I still get random freezes, I tried changing the power options and it didn't work. It happens when I'm browsing,idling mostly what I do. Help?

    Update: When I click the start button on the bottom left corner, it freezes.
    Update 2: It's like a 1 second freeze and the audio buzzes and then recovers. It happens randomly when browsing or gaming, I also discovered that if you press the start button it is a guaranteed freeze.
    Update 3: When it freezes my GPU core clock and memory clock drops.

    How did upgrade to Windows 10? Was it an upgrade install over previous Windows version or a clean install?

    I chose to keep nothing when it was still setting up. after upgrading I reset the Windows 10 in the system settings.
