Windows 10: Random Hard-Freezes couple seconds after startup Win 11

For the past months now I've experienced completely random freezes just after startup has finished and I've logged in. Only holding the powerswitch on my computer to turn it off and on works to fix this. I can click things, but wherever I click it just "hangs" there. Opening task manager opens it, but it doesn't load properly and I'm unable to do anything. I'm able to open programs, but none of them will load properly. This happens completely randomly and I've not managed to see any pattern at all. Even pressing "shut down" in the start tab does nothing.As I'm not the most techy guy around win

Windows 11 freezes for several seconds then crashes on startup and at random.

I recently purchased a completely new PC, the day I turned it on it started crashing on me. It crashes time and time again on startup, and I've also had a few Blue screens here and there as well, but those reduced(but not completely) after updating my drivers. I've tried the following fixes to no avail

• SFC scan
  
• Ran DISM
  
• Ran Diskcheck
  
• Drivers updated
  
• Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic to test the RAM and found no errors
  
• Checked SSD and Hard drive health with Sentinal Hard disk checker
  
• Resetted Windows 11, but kept personal files.
  
• Windows updated as well
  

I've linked the following to Minidump files on 2 seperate blue screens. Also note there are no blue screens(and no dump files) when Windows freezes for several seconds then crashes. The crashes are random, and so far the PC hasnt been crashing while gaming. I've also included screenshots from reliability viewer

Random freezes or shut downs

Completely random freezing/shutdowns on a system with no recent hardware changes, and hard drive, memory, and PSU fine, usually means a software issue (file corruption or malicious software). I suggest following DavidV's recommendations.

 

PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.
