Windows 10: Random keys not responding on my keyboard

Hi! I'm having an issue with my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 laptop where two keys, a number 1, 2, or 3 and a key in the area of WASD and E will not register for a few minutes simultaneously. For example, my E key always jams with the 3 key, and my W key jams with 2.I've briefly skimmed around for solutions but thought it would be easiest if I just asked here because I keep finding outdated or unhelpful forums for this problem that don't match with the issues I am having.It seems to be that certain letter keys are connected with a certain number? Not sure. I thoroughly cleaned my keyboard with a

I would suggest you to use the On Screen Keyboard by click on Ease of access login to the computer and then follow the below methods.



Uninstall keyboard driver and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard.
• Right on the Keyboard driver and click on Uninstall.
• Install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website.

random keyboard keys stop working?

i went out today and everything was fine, i come home and three random keys stopped working, maybe more i havent noticed yet. the three key on the left side of the keyboard not working, the left shift stopped working, and the enter key stopped working, but the one on the numpad works fine. no one was home to use it, nothing spilled on it, i tried it on another computer and same deal. im gonna go buy a new one tomorrow but it makes me sad cause i loved this keyboard lol, microsoft ergonomic 4000. ill probably buy the same exact one if its in stock tomorrow, this one lasted or 4 years about. im just confused why three random keys spread out stopped working at the same time...seems very weird
