Windows 10: Random languages in language selector

Hi,Windows keeps adding random languages to my language selector. These are languages I did not select anywhere.I want EnglishUnited States to my default one and I want also Hungarian so I can switch between them with Win+Space.Some infoic 1 Here you can see only 2 added.pic 2 Language options for Englishpic 3 Language options for Hungarianpic 4 Here you can see the rando languages. Can't remove a language from the language selector

After updating I got a problem with extra language in the language selector list.

It was not there before update and now I cannot remove it.

In the language configuration screen I can see only two, the one I don't need is not present, so I cannot remove it. Here is the screenshot of the language panel and the configuration screen.

Also I tried to get the list of languages using command line and it is not there either.

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that a random language gets added
automatically. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• 
  May I know the language that gets added?
  
• 
  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

If you have not tried the lpksetup command, I would suggest you to give it a try and see if that helps. Refer
the steps mentioned below:

1. 
   Press and hold
   Windows logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
   
2. 
   Type
   lpksetup and click on OK.
   
3. 
   Now, select
   Uninstall display language.
   
4. 
   Select the language that you want to uninstall and click on
   Next.

Tooltips displayed in the wrong language

Although my version of Windows is set to English and the GPU-Z "Tooltip Language" appears as "System Default (English (United Kingdom))", the tooltips are appearing in the language corresponding to my system locale (or possibly keyboard layout), not the actual system language. I frequently change the keyboard layout and date format (to match the clients I'm working for and the language I'm writing in), but the system language never changes (and software is supposed to run in that language).

I can manually select "English (United States)", but this basically makes it impossible for me to select the "correct" language (i.e., UK English), because it doesn't appear in the list (other than as "system default" - but is then ignored). Obviously it makes no difference to me if it's in UK or US English, but people with other language combinations might have a problem.

It seems the routine that populates the language list in the options is (correctly) determining the system language, but the routine that actually generates the tooltips is (incorrectly) reading the system locale instead of language.
