Windows 10: Random Logins

I spent two days without using my laptop and when I came back I saw files pdf and word on the desktop that I hadn't accessed in more than a year. It's like someone moved them to the desktop. I checked the event viewer and I saw multiple 4624, 4672 and 4798 events. I ran a scan with MalwareBytes and it came back clean.After noticing this activity, I started monitoring the activity and I still see many logins and events like the aforementioned at times when my laptop is turned off and unplugged.I am starting to have serious concerns and fear that my pc has been infected.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

Windows 10 random pre-login pictures

Your suggestion did not help me at all. I enjoyed the random pictures before login. Suddenly they don't appear anymore. How about spending time stabilizing Windows 10. I'm Windows 10 Home, v. 10.0.14393, build 14393. I hope you can offer something more
useful.
