Windows 10: Random Man speaking in Laptop speaker

Hey, I've been having a very weird problem, and it's nothing wrong with me, but I randomly started hearing a man talking I can hear them but they don't hear me they just say the most random things "Hello OXY" "How are you?" "The horse's name was Friday", etc. It's really creeping me out. I turned my Wifi off right when he started talking and his voice cut off and completely stopped. I don't know what's going on but does anyone know what's going on? I ran a scan but no viruses.I don't know if I have a Windows 10 or 11I got an app and the voice started 30 minutes ish after I installed it It's

How can I make Cortana speak a man's voice ?

As I understand , up to this time - January 17, 2017, we can not have a man's voice for Cortana . At least, I did not find any process to make her speak as a man. But I hope that it will be possible to do it in future and I will get an answer right
away then .

It is more pleasure ( at least, for me) to hear a lower man;s voice than a high - pitched woman's voice.

Besides, I have more trust in man's advice when it is about a lot of things. Also, it would sound that I have a male friend ( even though it is just a virtual world) , and that is what I would prefer.

For now, I have to bear with this woman's voice on my laptop and hope that I will get it changed to a man's one . I heard Siri's man's voice on iphone ( somebody demonstrated it to me). And It sounded so much better than woman's Cortana I have on my
laptop ( Windows 10)!

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.
