Windows 10: Random monitor glitches

Hello,It's been a year since I bought this laptop and just this year, I began to notice a particular issue with my computer. I would be casually browsing the web and all of a sudden, my screen would go black for seconds and it won't get back to normal until I exit the tab I was in or pressed the start button.However, after the screen goes back to normal, everything, including the taskbar, starts to glitch. every time I move my cursor, the text, videos, and images glitch as shown in the image below. the only way I can get rid of the glitch is by restarting my computer or shutting it down.I do n

Windows 10 is Resetting/Glitching with 2nd Monitor

Method1: I suggest you to change the monitor setting make the 2 monitor primary and 1 monitor secondary and check if that helps.

Press Windows + P to make the changes.

Method 2: Update the graphic driver and check if that helps.

Follow the steps to update the graphic driver.

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter and Select Graphic.
• Right-click on the Graphic and click on Update driver software.
  
• Restart the computer and check.

External monitor blanking often

Hi,

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• What is the make and model of your computer and external monitor?
• Have you installed all pending Windows and driver updates?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates in your PC and also update Display drivers. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: I would suggest you to check and install any latest Windows Updates available.

• Go to Start and then Settings.
• Click on Update and Recovery.
• Check for updates under
  Windows Updates.
• Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.
