Windows 10: random noot noot song playing?? it happens like once or twice a day

So recently I've been hearing this "NOOT NOOT" along with a song that plays. Now originally it would only play when I was playing a game so I thought the game was playing it or something, but I was literally just typing on my 2nd monitor and then all of a sudden it played while I was just on my browser. I have a feeling it MAY be lively wallpaper as it only really started after that but I can't really seem to find anything about it online. How to play random songs on WP 8.1

Playing random music was easy on WP 8.0. Just hit the Music tile then hit the play arrow. The entire music library then played in a random fashion.

In 8.1 that play arrow is no longer there. Looking around it appears that the "play everything random" feature has been removed. It looks like I can laboriously create custom play lists and I could probably add every song to the list then remember when
I download new music to put them into the playlist but that would be a lot of work.

So, I hope I am missing something. How can I quickly play all my music randomly?

Songs appearing twice

When I copying one song it is appearing twice in the song list But in the computer it is showing single. I have removed my SD card and put a song but still it is showing twice from the phone memory

The thread can be about randomizing media players!! To block Aerosmith just add 'em to the noshow list. Then play random aerosmith free songs.
