Windows 10: Random NTFS errors and files/folders getting deleted

I have Windows 10 21H1 , Build 19043.1415I keep getting NTFS errors that keep asking me to restart and repair drives.I have ran chkdsk on both C and D drives multiples times but this keeps coming back.It also keeps deleting files because of this. In D drive. non-system drive C drive = 65 or so gigs.D drive = 900 gigsDONE so far.Thorough virus scans.Full chkdsk /r /f on both drivesFiles keep getting deleting and have to be recovered.SeaTools for Windows Seagate diagnostic tool for hard drives, ran all but that one very long scan. HDD is healthy.Inaccessible hidden folders named Chkdisk.001

That is the two thing i was about to suggest d/l & install Take Ownership or use Linux boot CD like , Puppy Linux should do just fine to delete it

 

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:
