Windows 10: Random PC Freezes and Restarts - newly added a BSOD - may I ask for help please?

For two weeks now I get random freezes and restarts. These freezes dont happen exclusively while gaming. For example yesterday I was playing games for 2 hours, switched the game off, browsed the web and then was watching a youtube video. 2 Minutes in, the screen freezes and the restart happened.This happened now for more than two weeks.As of this morning, I downloaded a new game Hero Siege in steam and started it. Since then I had two crashes seems as this software triggers my faulty hardware and one time i had a Blue Screen of Death.Mini Dump Files 3 files: Mini_Dump 10.03.2023.zipMSINF

Random BSODs "Bad_Pool_Caller"


This BSOD happens anywhere, irrespective of BitDefender. It takes place even when the antivirus is MSE in case of Windows 7. The most common cause is an expired trial or a cracked installation. Some examples:

We are on our way of troubleshooting. If the uninstallation and reinstallation does not work, we will take the next step.

I, in general, know what I am doing and what I am suggesting. If I feel that I am unable to control the issue, I will definitely ask for help.

 

Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
