Windows 10: Random PC reboots, 1 fatal PCI express root error, 6 PCI WHEA errors.

5 or so days ago my pc has started rebooting while doing intensive tasks Gaming, I have tried to look up and resolve the issue based on the symptoms. The Screen is first to go as it stops receiving input from the pc but there is still audio playing in the background and if I was speaking with someone via the pc 2 out of 10 times we can continue speaking for 2 or 3 seconds. Than the pc audio starts glitching for just a second before the pc shuts down and starts to reboot. I have had a similar problem a month ago where the root cause was me not plugging the power cables for the GPU properly. T

I think I have the solution, and it has to do with PCI-E Native Power Management in the BIOS (for Asus Z790 motherboards). The problem goes away if you turn it off, but I don't want to turn it off.

If you want it on without coming up with these errors:

Set your NVIDIA GPU in the NVIDIA control panel (if it's PCI-E 4.0 or higher, like the 30 or 40 series) to prefer maximum performance.

Change your power plan in Windows 11 to high performance.

It seems that the Windows 11 power plan of balanced mode doesn't work correctly with recent high-performance hardware like the ROG Maximus Z790 series and NVIDIA GPUs using PCI-E 4.0 or higher.
