Windows 10: Random people joining and leaving my family?

The last few weeks i keep recieving emails of random people joining and leaving my family group. I'm the only one in my group and i have no idea who these people are. Furthermore, when i log into my family. The only people i can see is myself. These emails are coming from legit microsoft email addresses as well.

I want to leave one family group and join another.

I'm the only adult member of one family group with an Office 2013 subscription. I want to join another group with the rest of my family who have an Office 365 subscription. When I try to leave my current family group, I get
the message "Please try again later. We can't do this right now." How can I leave one group and join another?

 

Leaving a family group

I am trying to leave a Microsoft Family. I am the only adult member of the family and wish to leave in order that I can join the rest of my family in their Family group and use their Office 365 Home subscription. I can't join the new family until I've
left the old one. When I login and click 'leave family group' I get the message "Please try again later. We can't do this right now." How can I overcome this? Thanks for your advice.

Can't leave Microsoft family

I'm 19 and I must've done this thing when I was 9-10. I joined a Microsoft family thing and I'm listed as a child. I'm not the manager of it or whatever it's called. I can't leave the family and that's compromising everything I do. I have no way of contacting this person who's the owner of the family. Im even older than the dude as he was a childhood friend. HOW DO I LEAVE. Can an admin remove me please? I have YEARS of data in this Microsoft account I can't just make a new one.
