Windows 10: Random popups.

Every few minutes a popup called "QAppTray.exe" that says "C:\Program Files x86\Qustodio\qapp\Qt5Core.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains and error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f." appears on my screen. When I press "OK" then it appears again, this repeats a few times then it disappears. A few minutes later it appears again. Does anyone know how to make it stop?

Hi Microsoft,

As the title suggested, I am currently encountering the issue where random popups occurred. It would seems like it was a command prompt and it randomly appeared and closes immediately. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware
