Windows 10: Random restart while gaming and high-speed throttling of fans after restart.

So, for a long time, my laptop just randomly restarts after a while of gaming no blue screen nothing just restart, after restart fans are on full throttle speed. In device manager my nvidia 1650 does not get detected. I have to restart it 2-3 times then the GPU gets detected, and the fan speed reduces. This happens every time I play games. Really frustrating. So I have tried many methods to resolve it, I have tried resetting it, I have reinstalled drivers, I have reinstalled it with DDU, upgraded to win 11, I have re-pasted thermal paste and pads, nothing works. Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.

 

Random shut down and restart??

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

 

Random Restarts?

When I had random restarts I THINK it was my PSU that caused it but alternatively it could be a driver which needs to be found that's causing it (if it's a driver).
