Windows 10: Random restarts on a New Ryzen 5 5600x and Gigabyte b450 ds3h + cant run xmp

Hi, I upgraded my 2600 to a 5600x and this how it is now. Everything was okay with the r5-2600. I even updated bios, chipset, etc. still nothing changed.It just restarts while doing whatever. I don't know what to do now. Please help.

Random shutdowns on new Ryzen 5 build

Random shutdowns several days apart on a recently built a windows 10 PC with a Gigabyte B450M DS3H mobo, Ryzen 5 3600, RX 6600, WD NVMe SN570 main ssd, cheap Inland 500GB SSD for games, old Toshiba 750GB 2.5" HDD for data, 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200, PSU Corsair CX650M.

Any help would be great! Please tell me what else you need. OneDrive link has results from Windows Debugger from DMP file.

WHEA-Logger Ryzen 5 5600x

When I play some game, the pc just restarts immediately. When I check the Event Viewer, I see the error is WHEA-Logger with even id 1. It is said that "A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event." but I don't know which hardware is error. I've tried to install a new window, but the issue is still there. Here is my specs:

Ryzen 5 5600x

B450M-Pro4-f

16gb 3600Mhz

RTX 3060TI MSI Ventus 2x

PSU P850GM

OS: Windows 11 22H2

Random reboots with Ryzen 1700 + Gigabyte Motherboard + OC'ed RAM

After getting a new CPU, motherboard, and RAM, I now get random reboots after 1-3 hours of use.

Viewing the Event Viewer gives me File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (10.0, ‎2097‎-‎07‎-‎25T06:18:05.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager. Event ID: 6 before each reboot.
