Actually blue-screened with a "did not start properly" error. A simple restart fixed it.
I was attempting to run the Heaven Benchmark in windowed mode with HWMonitor running to watch temps.
1st time I tried it in full screen: reset about a minute in.
2nd time in windowed mode: reset seconds in.
3rd time in windowed mode with reduced resolution: reset seconds in.
It was after this third time I got the "did not start properly" error.

    Latest dump file:

Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any dump files saved.
The zip is empty of dump files.
Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 10 tutorial

Unfortunately the zip file is still empty of dump files.
Try to upload the dump files seperately, in a zip file.

You have Killer e2200, historically an online games crashing machine - not the hardware per se, but the "acceleration" software.
First logs had the Killer suite running, latest ones do not. Did you just remove it from startup? Because that's not gonna work, you need to use their uninstaller then get the Standard Drivers (no Killer features).
    - If that won't fix it, grab yourself a cheap pcie nic and disable the killer one.
Then you have a Creative onboard sound...
    - I would disable that device, too, and use some usb headphones until you sort out the issue.
You might also want to clean and reinstall Geforce drivers without the streaming part (only Driver + Physics).

It's really a shame, but that mainboard is cancerous.

    Thanks, AveYo. Here's some answers:

I completely wiped my C drive and completed a fresh install of Windows 10 pro.
Re-installed Killer nic WITHOUT the management software (driver only)

I'm actually using a discrete SoundBlaster Z card. You did remind me, though, that the on-board chip is Creative. I know I never installed drivers for the on-board chip and I believe I have it disabled in the Bios but I will make sure it's not engaged in the Device Manager.

I did just that after the re-install.

I may have limited my problem down to my graphics card. I was reading about similar issues people were having with their Gigabyte GTX780. I removed the 780 from my PC and replaced it with another card. I had no crashes in games or in benchmarks.
I have an RMA set up with Gigabyte for the card. I hope that was the issue and I can continue gaming after the new card arrives.

    I greatly appreciate the feedback!

    I'll report back.

    Hi axe0!

I'm awaiting the replacement GPU. I also replaced my PSU. I found experiences where guys PSUs were damaging their GPUs.

I should have it figured out by the end of the week. If THAT doesn't fix things I'll RMA the motherboard.

    Thanks for checking in!

I doubt that your issue is hardware related. I have a dual boot system set up on my PC and I upgraded Drive 2 from windows 7 to windows 10 just to try it. I had the reboot problem after getting it installed and all the updates.
Of course Drive 1 with windows 7 on it still runs flawlessly. I'm getting the reboots every 30-40 minutes on the Windows 10 drive. I formatted Drive 2 and did a fresh install thinking it was a bad install maybe a driver issue. Still the same thing. I played around for a while in safe mode and didn't have any issues after several hours.
