    Random screen navigation problems

I'm having a bizarre problem I thought might be related to updates installed 5/17, but rolling back didn't solve them and I'm baffled.Within the last week, I've started having random screen navigation problems. When I open MediaMonkey, the volume slider drops to 0, and changing it with my mouse hold--it goes right back to 0. The open window in MM scrolls to the right on its own. The same scrolling problem occurs in OneNote, and sometimes I can't make a selection from the page navigation bar--with either the mouse or the mouse or the touchscreen or sometimes only with one of them and the other

  2. System Image Problem

I'm getting a head start in case you get on early.

Can you post camera pics to your thread from your phone?

There will be steps later that require attention to detail and I'd feel better if I could see what's on your screen. I had to try the steps more than once when I tested the process and I'd like to avoid that on your machine.

Here's what I'd like to do for the Macrium Rescue steps later on in the process
I'll post the the step, you'll post an picture of the Macrium screen,
I'll echo same screen back if I see something that needs changing or I'll just say Go Ahead

When I confirm that the Macrium screen, you'll make any changes I've highlighted and THEN execute the step

Here's where you begin today's session, we'll get as far as we get and then pick up when you get back home.

Step 1: Safeguard the System Image by moving it to a new folder

    1. Connect the Seagate exp drive

    2. File Explorer: Navigate to the Seagate drive

    3. Create a new Folder named 1_sysImage

    4. Move WindowsImageBackup to 1_sysImage

Step 2: List the VHDs in the System Image

    1. File Explorer: Navigate to 1_sysImage\WindowsImageBackup\machineName\Backup date-time

    2. Press the Type column to sort by Type

    3. Post a screen shot

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

6710 Navigator random lockups during navigation

While extensively using the GPS functionality of my new 6710 for the first time this week, I've come across a problem of random lockups during navigation.

There seems to be no obvious pattern to the phenomenon, sometimes it occurs just a few seconds after the route has been calculated and navigation has startet, at other times it occurs after already having navigated a large part of the route.

My subjective impression is, lockups are more likely to occur whenever the device tries to calculate an alternate route (when the user instructed it to do so by selecting the respective option) due to traffic information it received.

After a lockup, the navigation program cannot be closed the usual way (by selecting 'Exit'), but only by pressing the red 'hang up' key; and even then, it stays in memory (it's still in the 'open programs' list). Sometimes, the phone altogether is locked
up, only way to "re-animate" it then is to switch it off and on again.

Anyone experienced a similar issue, and/or has an idea what might be the problem here, and how to solve it?
