Windows 10: Random Shutdowns on Windows 10 PC, I've tried numerous options but I can't understand whats...

I have scoured the internet for solution to my problem. The issue of my PC shutting down without warning started a month ago and I have been trying to fix it with no avail. I have fresh installed windows, and tried several commands in command prompt. I have disabled sleep mode. I have changed several power options. I have used several health checkup and virus scanning apps like malware bytes. Still nothing. I have taken apart the pc, checked the wall outlets, cleaned an and all dust, even replaced the GPU, nothing. I have tried limiting the processor to not use 100%. I have installed the most
