    Random shutdowns, restarts, in very unstable.


    Hello and thankyou for taking your time to try and help me.I'm having an issue where windows will randomly drop down the slide to shut down screen and no matter what I do, it will shut down.I also can't shut down the computer. Every time I try it starts right back up and continues to be glitchy.I've dealt with this for months and can find no pattern to it at all. In terms of finding what trigers it I have no idea and have no idea were to start.I've been really good with malware prevention, using malwarebytes, being sceptical of links, full system scans.If I use a system of putting it to sleep

    Random shutdown and restarts, showing error on Event Viewer TPM-WMI

    Hellp, please help, I Keep getting random shutdowns and then restart, yesterday I had 2 today there's been like 5 events already. I opened Event Viewer and I keep finding the same events related to TPM-WMI, it says event Id 1795 Please help me fix this, is getting really annoying, any suggestions? here are the attached screenshots showing the events I've been getting since yesterday that I decided to post here and report it. Thanks. I'm using Windows 10.

    If a Windows computer random restarts, the device usually have some damaged system components. For us to provide an accurate solution, we would need you to answer the following questions:

    • Which build, version and edition of Windows is installed on your computer?
    • What changes have you made to the device before this issue occurred?
    • What troubleshooting steps was already performed to your laptop?

    In the meantime, it will be best to make sure that the latest update of Windows is installed on your device. If the same issue happens after installing Windows Update, we suggest running the power troubleshooter. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Open the Control Panel.
    • Using the search bar at the upper-right corner, type troubleshooting.
