Windows 10: Random snappings and freezing Windows 10

Hi everyone,I have this huge problem with my computer, randomly the connection to my mouse and keyboard "snaps" stops working, I have a logitech mx mouse and mx keys, i've tried everything update drivers, downgrade drivers, use different connection like bluetooth instead of unifying device after some mouse snaps the computer itself freezes and I have to reboot. This has been continuing for 3 months. always updated windows but now I cant use properly my computer for work.The computer is a custom build, never had problems in the last year. a little context:I had problems with the IntelR Wi

Hrrmmmm... but wouldnt formatting and reinstalling windows fix the issue since the virus/trojan/spyware isnt on the system any longer?
