Windows 10: random songs are playing by a virus how do i get rid of it

Discus and support random songs are playing by a virus how do i get rid of it in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; A software named count or something is in my taskbar and i think it is playing songs and affecting my laptop please help me...     How to play random songs on WP 8.1

    Playing random music was easy on WP 8.0. Just hit the Music tile then hit the play arrow. The entire music library then played in a random fashion.

    In 8.1 that play arrow is no longer there. Looking around it appears that the "play everything random" feature has been removed. It looks like I can laboriously create custom play lists and I could probably add every song to the list then remember when
    I download new music to put them into the playlist but that would be a lot of work.

    So, I hope I am missing something. How can I quickly play all my music randomly?

    Nope. Cloud is no good. It gives people the false hope that their data will outlast them.

    The thread can be about randomizing media players!! To block Aerosmith just add 'em to the noshow list. Then play random aerosmith free songs.

    XpressMusic 5130 - Songs not playing properly

    I found that sometimes some of the songs are not playing properly, the song either stops halfway and jump to the next song on the list or it starts to play other song halfway. I have tried to play all the songs on the phone to figure out which are playing
    properly and which are not, but then the next time I play the music some of those proper ones become broken too. These broken files are so annoying, seems like they're corrupted..? The songs are all saved in the 2gb memory card.

    Could anyone tell me why is this happening? Could it be a virus attack? Or problem with the memory card? etc....
