Windows 10: Random start up apps is it a virus

Discus and support Random start up apps is it a virus in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; hi i went in my start up apps to put something off but when i went in there i found 2 apps that are weird one is called 13 and other one random letters...     hi i went in my start up apps to put something off but when i went in there i found 2 apps that are weird one is called 13 and other one random letters and numbers is it a virus i dont know what to do i dont know much about pc so is this normal and how can i fix this

    Random double starts

    What was some of the last things u did when it started random restarted. Could be virus/spyware.

    1. Is Cortana able to search the apps installed?

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

    • Type Start Settings in Search and hit
      Enter.
    • Turn on Show recently added apps in jump list of Start of Taskbar.
