    SPECS:Ryzen 5 3600B450M Aorus EliteMSI RTX 3060Ti x2 OC Driver 566.03T-Force Delta 16gb 3600MhzThere is a performance issue that I am facing. My PC occasionally freezes up for a second or two and then continues normally again. The audio distorts during these stutters, and the framerate obviously drops to about 0. This happens both during both general tasks and gaming.I'll attach a video for you to better understand the problem, the stutter occurs at around 7 seconds into the video.
