Windows 10: Random System Crashes and Reboot Event ID: 41

Hi, My laptop Thinkpad E14 Gen 3 Type 20Y7, AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, Windows 10 Home Version 21H2 and now Windows 11 Home is rebooting randomly during normal office work such as writing emails or just surfing the internet. This issue has occurred multiple times a day recently and each time there is critical system error logged on the event log Event 41, Kernel-Power. Sometimes there's a bug check code, sometimes there isn't. I've included the most recent event log below. The issue has occurred since I bought the laptop. I've sent the machine to the L

2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).
