Windows 10: Random text Keep apearing on Windows Logo

Discus and support Random text Keep apearing on Windows Logo in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I keep getting this when windows start sometimes it got stuck, i tried all the possible fix like chkdsk /r /f , scf /scannow , Dism , going to safeboot...     Random text Keep apearing on Windows Logo


    I keep getting this when windows start sometimes it got stuck, i tried all the possible fix like chkdsk /r /f , scf /scannow , Dism , going to safeboot and also to recovery , to do all of that. but still encounter that. Can someone help?Sorry for my bad english, im new here.

    A gray square apears on random places in my screen when i scroll

    i did the steps but the problem still goes, this only happends on firefox, the main problem is that everytime a scroll up or down, a gray square pops up and and then dissapear, sometimes it apears on random places and causes to click on stuff i don't want

    Tried with suggested steps but not succeed,

    still can see HP boot logo

    Please suggest
