Windows 10: Random things deleted and settings reset everytime I restart

I don't really know how to put my problem into few words so sorry the titel doesnt really make sense but ill try to explain.

So basically, everything was fine. I went to bed and the next day when I started my computer, there was an update. Fine, i said. Not exactly new. So I waited. And after the update was finished, I noticed all my settings were reset. And all of my stuff was gone. I didn't really care, I didnt really have anything important on my computer except, you know, everything I have ever fucking worked on. All my pictures and my music I have spent hours upon hours producing, gone.

Oh well, I was pissed for a bit but then I didnt think about it so much anymore. I reinstalled my apps and went on with my day.

Until I started my computer the next day. There was no update this time, my computer just took way longer to start, as if it was in the process of deleting all my hard fucking work. And surprise surprise, that was exactly the case.

This time, only some of my apps were gone, such as my browser and NVIDIA fucking control panel, but all my settings were reset again. I installed my browser again and tried to set it as my default but guess-fucking-what? I can't. I literally can not. I HAVE to choose between Edge or Internet fucking Explorer. Sorry for my language but I am so god damn fucking pissed at windows right now.

And then I tried restarting my computer again. Same shit, settings reset, only certain apps gone, and my browser has been replaced with Microsoft-Fucking-Edge. Also I can't play any online games anymore for some fucking unexplainable reason.

What the actual shit is wrong with my computer? Is it the update? Do i have some strange fucking virus? Is Microsoft Edge trying to drive me insane?

Please help. I am so tired of this shit.

Random Restarts?

Just an update, I think to have stabalized things i had my FSB Voltage set@1.3v so I lowered it to 1.2v and then set my processor to 1800Mhz FSB instead of 2000Mhz, Im still at 4Ghz though, no random restarts since.
