Random PC hard crash. No BSOD, just frozen screen; and bugged out audio making an odd noise.

Just to also note; the computer hasn't crashed since.

I've run a CPU bench mark as-well, and it passed with flying colors. All drives are also at 100% health seemingly, and reported to corrupted files or issues.

The only thing i've ever changed recently was the addition of a 980 pro 1tb ssd.

Leading up to this, my mouse hasn't been clicking every time; and sometimes would triple click on a single click. Unknown if this is related, but it possibly could be.

Lastly, I've noticed my PC interior lighting has flickered on and off previously; but only once. So idk if something is wrong? Or im just experiencing temp problems due to files reloading.

The crash btw did happen right when I bumped my desk pretty hard; which my pc is on top of. So im wondering if a part just briefly wiggled loose.

Random PC hard crash. No BSOD, just frozen screen; and bugged out audio making an odd noise.

Randomly bumped my desk, and directly after my entire pc caused a screen freezing crash. During said crash there was a really loud noise through my headset, and then suddenly the entire PC just powered off.

After such I ran a WhoCrashed.EXE to get a crash file, and was greeted with this message.

    "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"

A fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA). This bug check is typically related to physical hardware failures. It can be heat related, defective hardware, memory or even a processor that is beginning to fail or has failed.

After looking into that, I found the crash dump file : and unpacked it.

This is all I could find, besides WhoCrashed providing this

One crash dump has been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

    genuineintel.sys

I honestly have no idea what's going on, and im terrified something is wrong; seeing as I don't really have the money to fix the PC ATM.

There are also no Minidumps in the C:/Windows/Minidump folder

Random Times PC hard crash. No BSOD, just frozen screen; and bugged out audio making an odd...

    Various BSODs/crashes at random times

I'm getting varying bluescreens and sometimes even crashes at random times. When these crashes occur, my screen just goes black and Windows starts normally as if nothing had happened, without leaving a dump file, whereas the bluescreens always leave one behind.
The most common BSODs are UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, but I've had different ones appear in the past.
I've been having these issues with my PC ever since I built it 9 months ago.
I have tried solving this many different times, but I never managed to get this PC working properly. I have already gone through following troubleshooting steps:

    • Tested my CPU with stress tests and Intel's "Processor Diagnostic Tool". PC crashed a few times so I replaced the CPU.
    • Stress tested the GPU (monitored temps, always below 80C at full load)
    • Tested both RAM sticks, separately and together, for 12 hours each with memtest86 (no errors)
    • Replaced the motherboard
    • Replaced the power supply
    • Removed all components apart from the essentials (CPU, MB, RAM, GPU, PSU, SSD)
    • Fully formatted all drives and reinstalled Win10 multiple times.
    • Ran Driver Verifier on a fresh install with only Microsoft drivers selected. This led to my PC locking up and not starting. Whenever it booted up after that, DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION popped up and afterwards it said "Windows couldn't load correctly". The only way to get the PC working again from that point was to do a system restore. (I did this multiple times, it yielded the same result every time)

After all these attempts my PC is still crashing regularly and I'm out of things to try. I don't plan on replacing any more parts myself, and the place where I bought all the components isn't answering my RMA requests.
I have attached the DM log and a screenshot of my specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
