Windows 10: Random unknown characters appearing in strange situations

Hello,Everything started when I was playing a game. After reopening it to play again I noticed some keys were not working. Not exactly the keys, because they worked in elsewhere, not in the game. But I didn't change the bindings.After a lot of research, I wanted to turn on the Windows Game Bar to test something. When I click the shortcut boxes, I can't configure any because a random character that you can see in the images appear. This random character changes when I close and open the settings window. I think this might be behind the problem in the game.I changed the entire keyboard and the

Windows 10 v1803 cannot copy paste Chinese characters

I don't know why, It's strange!!!

1. Every time I restarted my PC. Open a Notepad, input some Chinese characters with some English characters. Then, copy and paste them in Notepad, find that only English characters are copied while Chinese characters are lost. Then open the Microsoft Word
2016, the situation is the same, copy paste will lost non-English characters.

2. I tried following step, then the Windows 10 can copy and paste Chinese characters.

• Press the 'Windows + R' keys together

• In the 'Open' window input 'WinWord /a', and press Enter.

Then the Microsoft Word was opened. I input some Chinese characters with some English characters, and then copy and paste them, found that Chinese characters can be copied!!! Then I closed Word, opened the Notepad again, inputted some
Chinese characters with some English characters, found that Chinese characters also could be copied in Notepad!!!

I don't know why, It's so strange!!!

 

Unknown Files with Strange Characters

There is Files on my USB Drive that have strange characters on them when I click on them they do not Open Does anyone know what this means?

 

Characters appearing at random

I'm using Windows 10 on a Lenovo T460 and have been having an odd issue where "gg" appears at random. It is always the same two characters and there are certain things that sometimes trigger it but not always. If I have caps lock on it will appear as "GG" but otherwise is always in the two "g" format. It has been going on for months and happens wherever my cursor is located so it's not limited to a particular program.

Several things have been attempted to stop it including disabling the laptop keyboard, switching external keyboards, uninstalling keyboard in Device Manager, and updating BIOS to name a few. I've recently figured out a few triggers but it is not limited to these and will sometimes just occur. One main one is if I plug my phone in using the USB port, it almost always causes "gg" to appear. Unplugging my phone will also trigger it but not quite as frequently. I've also observed that pop ups for notifications (emails, messages, calendar alerts, news alerts) will often cause it. Again, they don't guarantee the appearance of "gg" but likely will happen together. The uninstalling keyboard seemed to work for a month or two but it is back to the point that it is difficult to do anything because I may miss the extra characters and it will cause problems.

Any ideas are welcome.
