One of us will look at your dumps and see if anything indicates a cause.

  3. Reason for the mini dump folder was created empty while unexpected reboot.

The MiniDump folder is created when a system experiences a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) or unexpected shutdown. This folder contains a small memory dump file which can be used to diagnose the cause of the system failure.

If the MiniDump folder was created but is empty after an unexpected reboot, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

    1. The system did not have enough time to create a memory dump file before the reboot occurred. This can happen if the system shuts down suddenly or if the memory dump file creation is interrupted.
    2. The MiniDump folder was deleted or corrupted. It's possible that a third-party program or a malware infection may have deleted or corrupted the contents of the folder.
    3. The system is not configured to create a memory dump file. It's possible that the system is not configured to create a memory dump file when a BSOD or unexpected shutdown occurs. In this case, you'll need to enable the creation of memory dump files by following these steps:
    • Right-click on "This PC" and select "Properties".
    • Click on "Advanced system settings" on the left-hand side of the window.
    • Click on the "Advanced" tab and then click on "Settings" under "Startup and Recovery".
    • Under "System failure", make sure that "Write an event to the system log" and "Automatically restart" are unchecked, and that "Small memory dump (256 KB)" is selected from the drop-down menu under "Write debugging information".
    • Click on "OK" to save the changes.
Once you've enabled the creation of memory dump files, the next time the system experiences a BSOD or unexpected shutdown, a MiniDump file should be created in the MiniDump folder.

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
