Windows 10: random "your pc didnt start up correctly" errors

Pc didnt start correctly.

my computer wont start. It just attempts automatic repairs and fails. I dont know what to do! I have tried restoring my pc but that failed. I tried typing the bootrec stuff on cmd but it didnt work. I tried chkdsk but it got stuck and would take years
to finish. What can i do!?

Hi, im having the same problems on both my pc and my laptop. Basically i deleted diagtrack and after my first restart after deleting it, it started saying pc didnt start correctly. This is a custom built pc.
