Randomly Drops Wi-Fi Then Can't Find Wi-Fi - Needs Ethernet 3 Virtual Adapter... Or Not?

This is an issue that has been ongoing intermittently with my computer for a few weeks now and my memory is vague on a few parts, and I have not taken screen recordings or screenshots of any issues because I never thought it would continue to be an issue, so I will try to be as thorough as possible and mention anything possibly relevant, but I may miss some things. Most likely around 3 weeks ago exact time uncertain, after I had been working on my computer for some time, it suddenly disconnected from my Wi-Fi and when I pulled up the Wi-Fi tab from the bottom-right corner, my Wi-Fi was no lon

    Virtual Wi-fi Adapter

    Hi,

I'm using my laptop as a second screen for my desktop. (by pressing win + p)
For some reason, this feature is only available in Windows if your desktop has a wi-fi adapter.
Funny thing is, that after I connect to my laptop with wi-fi, I can remove the adapter and it still works.

I just managed to brake my adapter, so I was thinking if I can create a virtual wi-fi adapter somehow just to enable this option.
    Any suggestions?

  3. Wi-Fi virtual adapter

I am unable to create a wi-fi hotspot on my laptop (HP pavillion ab-032tx model) after upgrading to windows 10. I cannot find Microsoft WI-Fi direct Virtual adapter in the listed adapters (control pannel->network sharing center) . However Microsoft Wi-Fi
direct Virtual adapter and Microsoft Wi-Fi direct Virtual adapter #2 are listed in hidden drivers (device manager-> view tab, faded icons). Upon checking for hardware changes, there are no unkown devices being shown. Microsoft Wi-Fi direct Virtual adapter
#3 is also found in the view tab , but its icon is not faded. All my drivers are updated. Still i am unable to create a hotspot. Pl help me with the same.

Asus Q500A Wi-Fi Connection Drops and/or Adapter Issue

Hello, I have been experiencing a major and annoying Wi-Fi connectivity issue with my Q500A that I can't figure out. The wireless adapter is an Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 (latest driver version installed). Most of the time, I use an Ethernet cable and turn off Wi-Fi to save power. However, when I need to use Wi-Fi if Ethernet isn't available, it won't function properly. The Wi-Fi option in Settings may disappear, not all available networks show up, or it may connect but drop connection soon after.

I've tried reinstalling the network adapter in Device Manager numerous times. Running one or more of the troubleshooters from Control Panel doesn't work or provides a temporary fix. What is something I can do to get back steady/working Wi-Fi?
