So,

I went to the Microsoft store to buy windows 10 pro, I needed it for some things. But then I saw an install button instead of buy. I know for a fact I did not buy windows 10 pro,

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
