Windows 10: Randomly lost access to my C:/ and admin perms?

Hello I had this random issue pop up where I do not have access to my C:/ and I don't even have access to admin rights on my admin account, it just happened out of nowhere. https://prnt.sc/CZ-tqxvFFXVUResetting pc doesn't work cause I don't have access to C:/ but I still have access to my computer such as games and programs that I previously had downloaded. I can't even launch programs so I can't even download the windows installation media to reset my pc. I'm seeing if there are any solutions while I wait for access to a secondary computer to download windows 10 on a flash drive and reinstall

Lost the Disk and it's admin perms completely to an folder protecting apk

Hello, I downloaded an application to lock the folders from others to access it called secure folders (link https://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Security-Related/Secure-Folders.shtml) it was running fine until I mistakenly locked the disk in which I saved this application now I can't access the application cause it itself is in drive which is locked now

Now I don't have any access to that disk or the contents in it

I tried accessing the disk and the file by every means but couldn't access it

I tried changing disk's security tab in property menu but it is showing no read perms so I can't change the perms now it's almost like I lost admin perms to this application

even cmd is not opening as administrator

and I can't uninstall the application even in control panel

please help.
