Windows 10: Randomly turn to snipping mode

So I was using my laptop normally, and then after i shut it down and turned it back on later, it start randomly turn to snipping mode even though i didn't touch the keyboard. It is still happening and it is very annoying. Even when im not doing anything with my laptop, it still turn to snipping mode. Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service
  

 

Screen snip not displaying snips

hi,

I'm using Win10 Enterprise LTSC, I have been using Screen snip and it works well, but today when I take a snip the snip is not displayed, I've tried rebooting but this didn't make any difference, I checked Apps and Features and screen snip is not listed in it. The steps I took are: Click on Action Centre, select Screen snip, the screen snip icon appears on the top of the screen, screen goes grey and cursor turns into a crosshair, I select the area for the snip but nothing happens, the screen snip application should launch but it doesn't. Any ideas how to fix this?
