  1. Ransomware attack on Win10 .nqsq

I have a Ransomware .nqsq attack on my Win10 PC laptop, all the files have been changed to .nqsq and are encrypted. They are asking me to pay to get it decrypted but I won't do it anyways. I have McAfee Antivirus but I had switched it off while downloading cracked software from chrome. All I want is how to get rid of this completely, should I run the McAfee and even then the Ransomware will be not completely gone? Or should I reset my PC? I just have very few files to be recovered that's it. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    :)
