Windows 10: Ransomware page not available - "IT Admin has limited access..."

Hello.I have a brand new Windows 11 Home PC, and I am trying to access the Ransomware page in my Windows Security. I can access the Virus & Threat Protection page, but can't see any option for the Ransomware page: -However, when I search for Ransomware, I see this: -But when I click on that page link, I get this: -I have paused my Kaspersky and tried again but the same thing happens. To my knowledge, I have no other third party software installed that could be blocking it. I am trying to access the Controlled Folder Access which I know is located in the Ransomware page. Page not available IT Administrator limited access

I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

You need to set GPO settings to Not Configured, that could hide the sections of Windows Defender:
