Windows 10: Ransomware - standard folder could not switched off

Discus and support Ransomware - standard folder could not switched off in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; When I switched on the Ransomware in Windows 10, there are some user Folder (like documents, video,..) which I could noch switch off.     When I switched on the Ransomware in Windows 10, there are some user Folder (like documents, video,..) which I could noch switch off. An answer from a telefon call with Microsoft help, yes thats right. The solution, make a new Folder instead of documents. That could not be true.


    Am I the only one who has this Problem?

    Is there any solution?
