Windows 10: Rapid deterioration of Asus battery capacity

My asus rog laptop was shutting down unexpectedly and I had to reset my pc. Since then I was getting close to 15-20 minute battery backup. After checking the battery report, I've found this. Any help is appreciated. Opening the backplate, battery seems to be good as new physically.

Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

Expand the Batteries section

For each device in that section:

Right click and choose Disable

Then right click and choose Enable

Close Device Manager

Then check if your battery is charging correctly.

Do you have the MyAsus app installed, if you do, run a hardware diagnostics test to check the health of the battery.

What if the battery unremoveable? Should I disassemble and remove it? also there is a switch underneath the case and around the RAM slot that prevent the laptop to turn on when the case is open and without the charger. Is that the same as removing the battery? although when turned on with charger, the laptop still see the battery. Thanks

I took the report, the design capacity was 41.440 mWh but full charge capacity is now 25.752 mWh. Is it that bad? Before this happened I believe HWMonitor also show the same number with 38% Wear Level.
