Windows 10: RAW Extension - Microsoft Store

Good Morning all

I have been editing RAW files via Lightroom on my PC for a good year with no issues

This morning i uploaded my RAW Files, same as any day and its telling me i require the RAW Extension on the Microsoft Store

Every time i press install nothing happens..... I have tried all the fixes i can find but nothing.

Is it possible to get the Extention as a normal .exe install file?

Hi Tom

Did you look in your Store purchase library if its there?

Launch Microsoft Store.

Click the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen (...)

Click My Library

Scroll through the list then click the RAW Image extension app if its listed there, then click the download button.

We understand your concern as you are unable to set the Ghostery Privacy Ad blocker as an extension to the Edge browser. We noticed that most of the extensions available in Microsoft Sore is for Legacy/old Microsoft Edge browser. We would like to know
the Edge version currently installed on the PC.



If you are using the New Microsoft Edge, then I would suggest you to perform these steps to add Ghostery Privacy Ad blocker as an extension to new Edge browser.

1. Open Microsoft Edge
   
2. Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner.
   
3. Select Extensions
   from the drop down and click on Get extensions from Microsoft Store
   from the left pane.
   
4. Now in the new window search for Ghostery and follow the onscreen steps to install it.

Extensions unresponsive

I realized your concern and will assist you to resolve the issue.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Settings > System > Apps & Features > Uninstall the problem Edge Extension(s)
  
• 
  Go to Store > manually search the store for the extension, then install it again.
  

After it's installed, click the 'Launch' button and it will take you to Edge where you can set it up.
