Windows 10: Raw Image Extension not working

I used the Microsoft store to get the Raw Image Extension so I could see my raw images in Explorer. It supports my camera. I have the latest version of Win 10. I am pretty sure I clicked something, which probably said GET. As it is not working, I went back to the store to try it again. Now the store site says I own the codec, and just has an OPEN button. That leads to an irrelevant page. I cannot find the codec on the computer, unless it shows as a different name. I tried to reset the app from the settings app page, but it did not help. How can I get the codec to work, or reinstall it?

Hi, FWIW it installs ok on mine.. Can you install any other Store app?

The description suggests the version check is when it is being installed. Were you able to download it?

Raw Image extension won't install

I am on version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1466) and tried to install the Raw image extension. When I click get it shows a dialog box including the message: Thanks for your interest in the Raw Image Extension. You can acquire the extension to install on your devices, but Windows 10 May 2019 Update (version number 1903) is required to install the extension.""

I'm already on a higher version than this checked via Winver, so how do I convince it to install on my system? It has a green tick on system requirements. Is it possible to access and download the file manually? Or how do I convince the store I am on the right version?

 

Raw Image Extension down load problem

I would like to down load the Raw Image Extension program. But ever time I hit the get button it opens a new window for a brief second then disappears. So I can't download the program. Please help!
