Windows 10: Razer Basilisk V3 Not Letting Computer Sleep.

I just got the new Razer Basilisk V3 mouse and it is not letting my computer go into sleep mode. This was the same issue with the Razer Blackshark V2 headset and I solved that by disabling Nvidia desktop capture. There was another post about this that said disable "HID-compliant Game Controller" I don't have that in my device manager.

i have a razer basilisk mouse that got wrong driver installed as HID Compliant mouse and it made me unable to acces razer app,this only happens when im using the dongle but doesnt happen when connecting using bluetooth,ive tried reinstalling driver but the issue still remains,any advice/solutions?

I understand you're having trouble using the Razer Basilisk mouse with the dongle;

Initially I recommend that you try to pair the mouse using the Raze Mouse Pairing Utility:

Then install Razer Synapse 3.0:

Razer Basilisk wrong driver installed

i've tried both of this before making this thread but it doesnt work i think the problem is with my driver files,the system files for the driver is already inside the drivers folder,but when updating the drivers manually i dont see my razer driver.And also when i was searching for the driver list on the updating driver manually the razer manufacturer name didnt came out,which i found weird because in my other laptop there is a razer manufacturer so i could install the driver manually easily
