Windows 10: Razer Basilisk wrong driver installed

i have a razer basilisk mouse that got wrong driver installed as HID Compliant mouse and it made me unable to acces razer app,this only happens when im using the dongle but doesnt happen when connecting using bluetooth,ive tried reinstalling driver but the issue still remains,any advice/solutions?

The mouse offers a continuum of scroll wheel resistances to choose from. The Razer Basilisk is equipped with a removable clutch for easy access to additional mouse actions. The default clutch setting allows gamers to temporarily lower their DPI to instantaneously switch between high DPI close-quarters fighting and low DPI precision shooting. The clutch is fully programmable and can be set for push-to-talk, item pick-up, or any other actions. The clutch comes in two different lengths (short/long) to cater to different hand sizes. So are you guys suggesting I uninstall the software, and just let Windows install drivers?

my driver and firmware are up-to-date for the Razer software.

 

I cant get drivers to install

Read my guide, goes step buy step for nvidia driver install. Though I use a different driver cause I got 8 series, same method of installation
