Windows 10: Razer Black Shark V2 surround sound 7.1 not showing up

Hello,As you probably have seen in the title my razer 7.1 surround sound is not showing up in my playback devices, also in device manager I see no "7.1 surround sound " . I know this is a Razer issue, but they haven't respond in multiple weeks so I'm hoping someone can help me here. Jasper Warmerdam

I accidentally uninstalled the Razer Surround Audio Controller and I need some help

Hello!

It was actually a very easy fix for me,

• I went to Control Panel
• Uninstall program
• scrolled down to Razer Surround
• Went to Razer's website and re downloaded Razer Surround 7.1 Surround Sound

After doing this my previous devices showed back up and Razer Surround Audio Controller came back up on my device manager.

P.S. I was doing the same thing when I accidentally uninstalled mine! And my microphone doesn't work either

 

Razer kraken 7.1 surround sound and stereo sound not working.

hello! Recently i was gifted with a razer kraken TE headset. however upon using it, i realized that the surround sound didnt work. For example, if someone is walking next to me in a game, i wouldn't be able to recognize which side he is coming from. I
messaged razer for support and we came to the conclusion that it is a driver issue with my computer. So, i messaged microsoft support about 3 hours ago. The guy sent me instructions, and after doing that , the headset worked. But after going onto a youtube
video, the headset stopped working and the surround sound stopped working. Please help me fix this issue
