Windows 10: Razer Blackshark V2 mic not working

So as the title explains, my blackshark V2's mic isnt working. Ive updated all drivers, went on razer's site and downloaded firmware for the sound card. Ive done everything i can think of and still nothing. Sound comes out of the headphones just no sound is heard through the mic. My pc sees the mic is there, just isnt notices the sound when i speak.

Please try running the troubleshooter on this
page and see if it will find any issues as well.

If the troubleshooters do not resolve the problem, let's uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio Driver from your computer to see if the computer will install the Razer Blackshark driver upon reboot. You can follow the steps below:

• Unplug your headset.
• Click on Start.
• Type Programs and Features then press Enter.
• Select Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.
• Click Uninstall/Change.
• Restart the computer.

The Realtek driver shall be reinstalled after restarting the computer. Plug the headset and see if the the Razer Blackshark driver will finally be recognized.

Razer Blackshark Microphone Not Detected on Realtek

Hello there,

I use a Razer Blackshark, but the microphone is not detected, and so my laptop ends up using it's microphone. I have a Realtek soundcard. I have tried things such as looking at the 'Devices tab' and enabling several devices but it won't work. The headset
seems to not have a driver either. I also use an integrated jack if that helps.
