Windows 10: Razer Cortex - computer and game optimiser.

any one ever used this software? On recommendation I am trying it out. It says it can also increase FPS, but no evidence of anything substantial yet, raising Fallout 4 from 60 to 63 !! Its only been ion a couple of house so still playing with tests.

Early access event

I have sent 3 questions to this forum today, and I am so pleased with the quickness and knowledge of everyone that has reponded. I know what to do with one of my issues. The second one is being responded now. And now here you are! Thanks!

So, if I understand correctly, you are suggesting for me not to use FreeSync or the MSI Display Kit. And to try the Razer Cortex Game Booster.

I am not sure I understood completly. Forgive me, I just don't know these things very well.

I only have the FreeSync installed, and have been using it. I have not used the other utilities.

The FreeSync utility is already working in conjunction with the MSI monitor. The monitor even advertised being FreeSync ready. I have been playing Witcher 3.

So, what steps should I follow?

Should I:

Uninstall FreeSync?

Then restore the MSI monitor to its factory defaults?

Then investigate what the keyboard switch actually does and/or leave that alone?

And then install Razer Cortex Game Booster?

Then set up my computer to just standard best work configuration?

And then finally, before playing a game, run the Razer Cortex Game Booster?

I apologize if I do not understand these things well.
