Windows 10: Razer cortex wants to delete these files. Is it safe?

So my C drive is quite full and razor cortex has a cleaning feature but since I know there's very important files in C drive I don't know if they are safe to delete or not.This is my C drive.These are some of the "System Junk Files" that razor wants to get rid of Which use up a lot of space so it'd be helpful!I want to know if these would be safe to get rid of. My C drive has been full for quite a long time.I can provide more screenshots if necessary. Here are some more just in case

Early access event
From the 25th August to the launch of Razer Cortex on the 10th September, Razer is holding a two week long early access event where users can sign up with their Razer ID to join a queue. Participants will be progressively given access to test server performance for the upcoming launch.
