Windows 10: Razer headphones cause BSoD

Hi,

I have a problem with my headphones causing bluescreens, it never has the same stop code and after sending my PC back to the builder they say its not my hardware and pretty certain its my headphones.

I have Razer Blackshark V2's with the USB soundcard, I have already uninstalled the Realtek driver as I've read it can cause compatibility errors.

I have also uninstalled Razer Synapse.

Sometime, when you plug the headphones in the back of the computer, this issue might occur. Are you plugging the headphones in the back or front jack? Also, I advise that you run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problems, and attempt to fix the issues automatically. You may refer to the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R and type Control Panel.
2. Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on Troubleshooting.
3. Click on Hardware and Devices.
4. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

Razer headphones

So the problem is when i plug my razer kraken pro v2 into my pc its not detected as headphones

its detected like speaker





When i go into razer surround or synapse there is no headphones detected

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLS
