    Razer headset microphone not working.


    Hi, I'm writing because I am having trouble using the mic on my Razer headset. The audio works fine, but I can't even see the option to use my headset's mike, and it says it's not plugged in even though the headphones work. Please help!

    microphone for razer nari headset not being detected

    my headset (razer nari) has been working fine however for some reason the microphone has stopped being detected, in playback the headset is still there, but in recording there is no sign of the headset at all, i turned on show disable devices ect and still
    nothing, its as if the microphone portion of the headset has been removed from my laptop, everything ive seen so far for help on this hasent worked, any suggestions?

    • Were you able to use the microphone of your headset before on your computer?
    • If yes, can you try if the microphone of the headset would work on a different computer?
    • Does the port for the jack on your computer is capable of supporting microphone?

    Webcam and Razer Headset not working

    I try to use my Logitech C920 webcam and my Razer Kraken 7.1 headset and neither of them work for programs like Skype and Discord. I went into Sound under Control Panel and my microphone is detected and works. Once I go into Skype or Discord, my microphone
    is not detected. My Logitech webcam however is not detected through the Logitech Webcam Software or through Skype. It seems to have completely stopped working all together, which is peculiar since it worked a few weeks ago and has been sitting on my desk since,
    not even touched. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my Razer driver, Skype, Discord, and the Logitech Webcam Software but this has done nothing. I also just recently updated Windows 10 within the past week or so. Not sure if there is any correlation,
    but I thought it was worth mentioning.
